How to Order

Enchanted Forest is temporarily closed to the public due to the Covid-19 situation, but we are not closed for business! We are still facilitating the purchase of goods and gift certificates via our website as well as social media platform messaging. We are offering the following solutions to help you get the things you need:

How to place an order:


Online ordering is the fastest, most secure way to place your order. Payment can be made by PayPal or Credit card, and during the checkout process you may choose local delivery, local pickup, or shipping options. If you have customer rewards store credit or gift certificates to use, please contact us by email or social media message as we will need to process your order manually in order to use these forms of payment. Customers still do earn our customer rewards points when ordering online (and all orders, however placed)- we manually add your points to your account for all online orders.

Ordering via Facebook & Instagram messenger or email: we're always happy to answer questions, provide guidance, and take your order over messenger or email. In this case, we'll process your order manually through our system, and give you an order total so that you can provide payment by email or PayPal transfer. Our e-commerce site doesn't allow you to pay using physical gift certificates or your customer rewards points, but if you'd like to pay with these, no worries, we can absolutely process these for you manually! You will earn your customer rewards points on orders placed via email and messenger too.

 

How to receive your order:

Free local pickup: we can arrange contact-free pickup at the shop or at Andrea's home by appointment. Just get in touch to arrange a time to pick up- if at the shop, you can give us a call when you pull up, pop the trunk, and we'll run out to your car and pop your order right in for you. Or we can just open the door and place your order on the sidewalk. If we can't be at the store at a time that is convenient for you, Andrea can bring the order home (Brunswick Street) and can leave it on the doorstep at an agreed-upon time. Please select "free local pickup" during checkout, and we'll be in touch to co-ordinate this.

Free local delivery: Don't want to leave the house these days? We don't blame you! We want to make things easy and convenient for you, and are now offering contact-free delivery to your doorstep (within 10km of the shop) on Mondays, Thursdays, & Saturdays usually between 5-7pm. No need for contact, and we won't knock or ring the bell to risk waking sleeping kids, we just leave the order on your doorstep and text/message you that it is there. If you'd like us to put it in your unlocked car/trunk/etc for increased sneakiness (Bunny delivery), just let us know by using the comments/notes section during checkout. Please select "free local delivery". PLEASE NOTE: Deadline for local order deliver before Easter is Friday April 10th at 9am!

Free delivery for out-of-town customers: The wonderful Downtown Truro Partnership and the Town of Truro have joined forces to help our downtown merchant community, and have offered to deliver orders to our out-of-town customers in East Hants, Colchester, and Pictou counties once weekly. Please select "free delivery to Colchester, East Hants, Pictou counties". Orders must be received by 9am on Wednesday to be included in the final pre-Easter delivery on Thursday April 9th.

Shipping via Canada Post: We can ship orders anywhere in Canada, and use Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service for most orders. Please see "Shipping" page for details.
